Therefore, seeing that we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” (2Corinthians 4:1-2).
As Christians, our understanding the Scripture is seen in the way we lead our lives every day. Lots of people quote the Bible but not many live it. The corruption we see among Christian’s today points to the fact that someone somewhere is not applying spiritual wisdom to challenges they are faced with. People may know scriptures and yet be unable to solve life’s practical problems through the Word and so lead a life of compromise.
The Word (Jesus) is the whole essence of creation. Until you understand, grasped and receive Jesus -the Word- it’s hard to comprehend who you really are, why you are here and what’s going on in the world. Jesus Christ is the summation of everything for by Him all things were made. Each part of the body is simply a masterpiece put together to make an entire perfect whole that works as one. Every phase of your life is a masterpiece too.
God is the intelligence who brings everything together. We can’t excel in life without wholly embracing and living according to His dictates. He is aware of the hassles of our lives and is also willing to help. In turn, we must learn to follow Him all the way.
Have a relationship with the Word. When confronted with issues on every side and those around you keep telling you that you cannot make it; all you need to do is to seek the knowledge of God and apply it in that situation. It is a conscious effort to yield to divine will.
There are forces in this world that we cannot touch or see, but because we walk with the Holy Spirit that diffuses the knowledge of God in us we know for certain that there is nothing we could ever ask for or need that can ever be beyond our reach. This is because the knowledge of God when declared brings the evidence of things not seen-the result we anticipate. Therefore, the Holy Spirit is an asset to Christians who walk with Him and He reveals to us the mind of God daily.
