The Power of Triumphant Faith

The WORD of GOD is what every believer must seek when faced with any challenge or situation. But in other to get this word we must first understand what it means to get God’s word planted on the inside? First of all we must understand that we are the field that the Lord has bought and what God wants to do is to sow seeds into the field (which is our life).  For instance, for this year there are certain things God wants to bring out of our life. Once the seed is planted and watered throughout the entire year it will bring about powerful manifestation and great increase in our lives. These seeds are exceedingly great and precious promises through which we become partakers of the divine nature. The divine nature means God Himself will manifest in our lives such that when other people hear and see what is happening they know it can only be God. Just like when Nicodemus came by night and said ‘no man can do these things except God be with him (John 3). People will come into our lives this year and say the exact same thing.

The secret to this type of manifestation is achieved through the discipline of planting seeds inside our heart and then watering them. In other words the farmer who is going to bring in a bumper harvest this year is not going to be planting seeds every time; he is going to plant seeds at a particular time and then he is going to continuously water those seeds to bring about increase and to have visible manifestations. Thus; it is the same way with us which means there are certain seeds or certain promises that God wants fulfilled in our lives. He wants us to plant these things in our lives and then He wants us to continuously water it. That is reinforcing that truth until it comes to a point where the tree begins to grow.

In Isaiah 62:4 it says, “Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee”. In other words the field that the Lord buys can never be termed ‘forsaken’ or ‘desolate’ for we are God’s field. That word ‘Beulah’ means ‘married’ which means a land that is married unto the Lord and a land that the Lord delights in. At our appearance, God rejoices as He sees us based on the things that are springing forth out of our lives. Thus, what God has planted into our lives are the exceeding great and precious promises. Now, which promise are you processing at this particular point in time in your life? Stay with those promises and know that God is committed to bringing them to pass i.e. they will surely spring forth. We are God’s building- when Nehemiah was building; he was simply focused on that. They invited him out but he told them there is a greater work that is going on and he cannot be distracted (Nehemiah 6). Day and night they were applying themselves to that particular vision with the singleness of purpose in their hearts. This means that the purpose was clearly defined- we are here to build the house of God and that was what they were pursuing. So when we talk about planting certain things into our heart; these should be things we are pursuing and want fulfilled this New Year. There is no going left or right- this is it. Once we are focused on those things God has shown us it will manifest in our lives and it changes our position on the earth; not only our position but also that of our generation to come. These are powerful things that once they appear in our lives even people that have been labouring for such all their life have not been able to come close.

In conclusion once we get the word we need to focus on it over a specific period of time so that it can be planted inside our heart and we water the seed continuously then God begins to bring about the increase in one our lives.
